Can you help me with the parcel mentioned above?
The tracking system says, it is in the Chinese sorting center since June 19th!

CY284582541DE arrived in Hangzhou customs on June 21 but receiver doesn't make customs clearance. Please ask receiver call 0571-86896573/86896576 , they will guide him to make customs clearance.
