Post Help Needed fear parcels lost.

Greetings all,
I have been a regular shopper in China. Most of my parcels have been sent by DHL and TNT during this pandemic. This particular supplier has sent them by China Post and no one can tell me when and if I will ever get my goods.

The tracking numbers are: LZ167335689CN & LZ167336154CN.

I cannot understand why companies like DHL & TNT as well as EMS can get postal freight out of China to my country Australia, whereas China Post seems to have issues. Is this Politically motivated? I am seriously considering of no longer shopping in China until these problems are resolved. This is sad as I have always had good relations with merchants in China.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LZ167335689CN & LZ167336154CN were shipped from Shanghai on Jun 24. They are on the way to Australia.

Due to coronavirus, parcel shipped during Feb to May were badly delayed. Average waiting time to Australia takes about 7 weeks.

Good news is that parcels shipped in Jun speed become much faster. One example is http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LX163060184CN , this parcel was shipped on Jun 5 and arrived Australia on Jun 25. it only took 3 weeks.

So please be patient. You parcels have more than 70% chance to reach Australia before end of July.
