http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO560290958CN shows the parcel was shipped from Guangzhou to Russia on Dec 5. many parcels shipped from Guangzhou during Nov and Dec are seriously delayed. I believe your parcel is more likely delayed somewhere in Guangzhou other than lost.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get this parcel by Jan 15, then open dispute for refund.
