hi, im waiting my item about 3 months, finally it arrive in Austria. I had contact post Austria because it is stopped for some days and post Austria says to me: don't know where is it the item please contact the seller.
i contact the seller and he can't help me.
what should I do? thanks

Austria Post Post website shows the parcel arrived Austria on May 18. I am not sure why they don't know where is the parcel. I believe the parcel is lost in Austria Post system.

Right now you can not do anything except opening dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.
