my parcel keeps going in and out of sorting centres between Beijing and henan for weeks now RP658084558CN

RP658084558CN seems to have problem to pass customs scan. It was returned to Zhengzhou.

I suggest you wait 2 more weeks, if it still stuck in China, you need open dispute to aliexpress for refund.
