I keep messaging aliexpress seller, my item has been in customs for a month already, they are sure enough to say it's on it's way ... I don't even know no more... Can you please help me. Here's the tracking number

usps.com shows LY961339619CN arrived US customs in NY in Nov, no further information. Normally this means the parcel is lost by USPS.

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.
