Hello, I need help, my item says "inbound out of customs" "in transit" it's been like that over 2 weeks. It land it on my country but never received it... Yet here's my tracking number please help me

USPS.com shows LY961339619CN cleared United States Customs at 9:49 am on November 30, 2018.

Normally parcel should be delivered within 5 to 10 days after arriving US customs. Your parcel seems to be lost.

I suggest you call USPS and see if they can find the parcel. If USPS can not locate the parcel, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
