Hi,
My package is being held by customs LK286333785AU.
Can someone please advise the reason and what action needs to take place?

LK286333785AU arrived in Guangzhou on Oct 20. It is still held in the customs because the recipient has not made customs declaration.
Please ask recipient to use 掌上海关 APP to make online customs clearance asap. Otherwise China Post can not make delivery.
