Dear all,
Hi I’m new in this forum. I just want to ask anybody who knows what to do if your item tracking status currently stated “Held by Custom”?

I sent a package from Indonesia to China with awb EE196512324ID. It has been almost a month since the item was delivered but it has not reached its destination yet.

So anybody who knows how or what to do may kindly help me with this.

Any info or help will be appreciated.

EE196512324ID arrived China customs in Shenzhen on Aug 16. it seems to have customs clearance problem.

You need ask receiver call china post EMS hotline 11183, try to pay duty and collect the parcel in person.
