Post Have my parcels gone?

I have two parcels from Aliexpress and it's at Pakistan Post and tracking status hasn't moved since 13 July. All PP phone lines are dead and I send them 6-7 emails but no response from them that's why I'm here.
Is it at customs?
These are wireless buds in two separate packages.

Pakistan Post shows these two parcels were released from customs on July 13. Please contact your local Pakistan Post office for more delivery detail. By the way, these two parcels are not from China Post. They are Dutch Post parcels.
