Hey there!!

I've been trying to track LH348410189CN for a week now and the response I get is either it doesn't exist or literally no comment on it whatsoever. I ordered the product April 22nd, with my tracking number being sent to me May 2nd. The company I purchased from has mixed reviews, yet no one has mentioned that it is a scam.

Do you have that tracking number in your system and my parcel is currently waiting for airspace availability to my country? Or is it a fake tracking number and I need to report that I've been scammed?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LH348410189CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller applied this tracking number from china post but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

if you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
