Me gustaría saber que sucedió con el paquete, si va a ser enviado o a donde debo escribir para la devolución de mi dinero.

RV391030263CN was shipped from China to Colombia on Mar 12. it is still in Guangzhou airport waiting for shipping space.

this kind of tracking number starting with R is called China Post register airmail parcel. This is a slow service which has low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% international airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
