Hi. I ordered an item from She Swish, through PayPal.
The status says it was shipped April 4th. It’s now
April 25th & still hasn’t arrived. Tracking #: LY088716345CN.
Can anyone help me?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LY088716345CN was shipped from Tianjin to USA on Apr 6. it is still in Tianjin airport waiting for flight to USA.

covid19 has forced china to have cancelled more than 90% international airlines. China Post highly depends on such passenger airlines to carry parcels. Many parcels shipped in Feb are still in China airport. So you might have long time to wait. Once parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund first. If you get the parcel in future, you can pay back the money to seller.
