Ok, we are now fully 2 months after my item has gone through Shenzen customs. I would really like to know what the hell is going on with my package at this point.

LY057910658CN is the tracking number.

LY057910658CN was sent to Shenzhen airport on Mar 30. China Post record shows the parcel is still there. Based on our stat, the parcel has 30% chance to be lost.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller for refund.

That's really helpful when you put the WRONG tracking number in the response.....

It's been over 2 more weeks since this last unhelpful response. Any new status?

I also see through another tracking service that my tracking number has expired.
