W dniu 10 lipca wysłałam przesyłkę z Polski do Chin na adres :
Imię: Mark DSA
Adres: 301, 3 piętro, budynek E, Xianhao Innovation Wisdom Park, nr 17, Jiabin Road, Huangjiang Town, Dongguan City, prowincja Guangdong, Chiny
Kod pocztowy: 523000
Telefon: +86-17898822421
link do śledzenia przesyłki : https://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RR479140175PL.
Nadal nie mam informacji o doręczeniu przesyłki. Bardzo proszę o odpowiedź czy już dotarła.

RR479140175PL arrived in Guangzhou in early August. The receiver has not made customs clearance. Normally this problem is caused by following reasons:
1)Shipper didn't print the recipient's cell phone number in the parcel. Therefore, China Post can not send customs clearance code to recipient to make online customs declaration. If this is your case, then you need ask recipient to call 11185 for help.

2) Recipient does not want to make customs clearance. This often happens when parcel is a return parcel for refund or repair. Many bad sellers often play such game to avoid refund.

If this is the case, you can't do anything. The parcel will be returned to shipper after a couple of months.
