LL481128408CN was received by Aust Post & they lost it they tell me that as I was a trackable it the seller can make a claim but that China Post has to make the enquiry and liaise with them on the matter.

Seller said that

The shipping company said,if the parcel arrive to the local country,even the parcel lose,they also can't compaint with them.

Why is this why can't China Post contact Australia Post?
Australia Post received the item and is therefore responsible for it they just need China Post to contact them.

LL481128408CN arrived Australia on Jul 17 but has never been delivered. Normally this means the parcel is lost by Australian Post.

Normally you can not claim compensation from Australia Post or China Post directly(only seller can do this). You should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for non-arrival order refund from seller.

Yes I know that only seller can do this but if read what posted when the sell made enquiry was told by the carrier China Post that it was delivered to the local country which in this case is Australia but even if parcel is lost China Post can't make complaint with Aust Post. Aust Post has told me that they can?

So the question is why is the seller getting a different anwer from China Post to what I am getting from Aust Post?

And yes Aust Post have looked for it and admit that they have lost it. I have asked seller to replace items
