Hi
I’m in a bit of a pickle, I made an order online to be told it was coming from China. China post have stopped notifying me of the progress and all I have is a Tracking number.

Tried to call the number but I don’t speak mandarin or Chinese so I can’t get help that way.

Can anyone help me please as this is a gift for my partner and though it would have been here by now.

The tracking number is UI629463505CN.

UI629463505CN was sent to airline on Jul 30. it should be in customs warehouse in Langley UK.

Such kind of parcel starting with letter U is called China Post ordinary parcel which is very cheap and slow. China Post and Royal Mail give very very low priority to process this kind of parcel. Normally it will take 30 to 80 days to reach receiver in UK and you can not know its exact location after it left China because Royal Mail does not scan such cheap parcel.

Right now you can not do anything except waiting. If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller for refund. next time , do not use such cheap service to ship important or expensive item.
