I got a notification at midnight saying my package was delivered but it never arrived. I asked neighbors if maybe it was delivered to their homes and it hadn’t been. My order said it was out for delivery for 3 days with no update or communication. I tried reaching out to customer service to no avail. I waited over a month for this order just to never even get it in the end. It’s ridiculous, i’ve NEVER had this problem with any other delivery courier.
