Post Fake Tracking Number?

Hi! I placed an order with an AliExpress seller on December 3.

He gave me this EMS tracking number EV010347043CN on December 11 and asked to wait a couple of days for the package information to refresh.

Today is December 20, and it's been 9 days and it still says "No shipping record" on here http://track-chinapost.com and "Shipment is ready to dispatch" on AliExpress.

Did he give me a fake number or it's an actual delay due to holidays?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=EV010347043CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
