Hello,

Following the tracking information of the parcel I see the export has been cancelled, would it be possible to know why?
Tracking number : LZ435533519CN

LZ435533519CN was returned and signed by shipper on July 12. China Post normally does not release return reason to public. Most common reasons are that the shipper printed wrong address or the parcel has something which is not allowed by export customs for copyright or safety reason.
