I paid for Expideted shipping for a package, and it's going regular. How can I get a refund on the shipping only?

It seems that your seller does not honour the shipping promise. This is a typical cheating.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you can open dispute for compensation. You can also contact seller for compensation or refund. Tell him if he does not give you solution, you will leave him bad review on ebay/aliexpress/amazon/WISH where you made purchase.
