I have a concern about the package, I am aware of delivery being longer than expected due to the epidemic at hand and due to the distance of shipping. Although the package has been saying its "Handed to the airlines" since May 3rd. I just assurance that the package is still en route and not lost.

EX217250776SG has nothing to do with China Post. It looks like Singapore Post tracking number.

Some China seller use Singapore Post to ship battery item. The parcel should arrive Singapore first, then transit to destination country through Singapore Post system.

Singapore post website only shows EX217250776SG information received. This means the parcel has not arrived Singapore yet. You need wait 10 to 20 days and see if you can get any new info from Singapore Post website.
