The average delivery time to Korea is 22 hours, but my goods have not been moving since September 11th from Shanghai. Why?

Average ems parcel delivery time to Korea is about 2 weeks.

Give you two examples, EA564994833CN, EB726924483CN . You can track them in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php , you will see both parcels took 15 days to reach Korea receiver.

Just be patient.

Does it mean that it takes two weeks to ship it to the international express?
Free shipping from China to Korea will be delivered in 2 weeks.
This is not air transport. It would be faster than this even by shipping and transportation.
Who can use ems if it's this late?

the time in the air takes just 2 to 4 hours from China to Korea. But sorting, export customs clearance , import customs clearance and Korean domestic sorting will cost very long time(almost two weeks total). You can not push government officers to be quick.

What I'm trying to say is not to urge officials to be quick. It is a story about the average delivery time on your homepage. If it always takes 1-2 weeks, the average time in the image below should be fixed.
