Parcel missing, sat at handed to airline on the 12/7 not arrived in the uk, uk courrier have no updates. Incredibly frustrating

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EV927302256CN shows the parcel was received by China Post on Jul.7, and it has been handed over to airlines on Jul.12 in Shanghai.
Suggest you wait patiently.
Once the parcel arrive in UK, you can track it base on the below website.

It is normal for a package to stay in china waiting for a plane out for a few weeks during Covid 19 pandemic
