I got the same status since 18 Jan, the way it was explained to me is that it is either still over there in the customs warehouse waiting on a flight or it’s on route to your country and you have to wait till local customs scan it after arriving but there is no real answer as to which of the 2 it is so it’s not really “stuck” but just in between 2 places ( leaving China - arriving Ireland )

I wish I had more info as well cause with this explanation I don’t know if it is gonna keep laying there till after Chinese New Year or if my flight has left on the 18th when it said the same status as you got now.

China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Such ePacket Parcel from China to Ireland normally will take about 2 to 3 weeks. You need wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need ask seller extend protection or open dispute for refund.
