Hello,
I hope you are feeling well.
Can you tell me what has happened to this parcel? The tracking shows it was delivered but it has not been and also the times shown would not make it possible.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ127510464CN shows the parcel was just sent to ZHengzhou airport on Jun 19. It is waiting for flight space to UK.

Based on our stat report, average waiting time to UK can take 2 to 6 weeks.

Once parcel arrives UK, you can see arrival info in royal mail website or track here :
