What ıs the sıtuatıon about thıs parcel. orıgın ınformatıon says aprıl (chınese) but ın englısh ınformatıon send ın march 27.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows EV752503974CN was shipped from Shanghai to Turkey on Mar 23. After waiting in Shanghai for one month. the parcel did not get flight space and then It was sent to Zhengzhou airport on April 16. It is still in Zhengzhou airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Turkey. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So many parcel has seriously delayed. you need some patient.

After parcel arrives Turkey, Turkey Post website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.

chına post is very slow. hong kong post delıvers my parcel ın 7 days. why?

LK767825587HK. sory for mis understandıng. Not deliver. parcel comes to turkey ın 7 days. delıvery ıs tomorrow. But its fast too. today is the 44 days fot chına post. ok coronavirus is effect but why it didnt effect hong kong post? my other parcel now ın hong kong post delıvery and ıam sure ıt wıll come ın 7 or 10 days.

Hong Kong is small city and airline cancellation is not as bad as mainland China. Also LK767825587HK is a little bit lucky. I know there are also many parcels shipped in March from Hong Kong has not arrived yet.

Our stat shows some parcel shipped in end of February just arrived destination. So in worst case, you still need one and half month waiting. As now delay situation has improved a lot, I believe real situation could be far less than one and half month.
