Hi Team,

My order #EV065254070CN to Australia has been cancelled. I can see 'Export cancellation' in the order activity.

I was expecting a delivery of 'Bao Fu Ling Compound Camphor Cream (BaoShuTang BaoFuLing All-In-One Snow Lotus Cream) 100g'. I have bought these many times in the past.

Why has it been cancelled / What has happened?

EV065254070CN was rejected by China export customs. It has some safety problem. You can't ship cream through EMS in future.

Parcel was returned to shipper on Sep 12.
