Hello, I wonder why my shipment CY283842775DE has not been delivered and is since 27th April „into sorting centre“ 30031200. Is some document missing or what is the current status? Thank you very much in advance!

CY283842775DE is still waiting for customs declaration. please ask receiver call 022-24217528 to make customs clearance.
