Good Morning,
M waiting an Epacket shipment with this number: LO100083895CN
But on AliExpress Is write delivered But not arrived to Italian Post, so where Is My parcel?
Can you help me please?

LO100083895CN has never been delivered. Actually it seems to be lost.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO100083895CN shows the parcel sent to export customs on Aug 31. But it never shows arrival info. Normally such epacket should arrive Italy in 10 to 20 days.

You need open dispute to ali express for refund.
