My order LX057155486CN has been delivered to Shenzhen post office on March 16, 2020. The status appears to be on the route. Can you help and tell me where my package is?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LX059557893CN was shipped from Shenzhen to Finland on Mar 16. It is still in Shenzhen airport.

In past 40 days, china cancelled more than 90% international airlines. Many parcels shipped in Feb are still in China airport. China Post highly depends on such passenger airlines to carry parcels. So you need wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund first. If you get the parcel in future, you can pay back the money to seller.
