My shipment with EMS is at the same point ("Posting") from 17 November..is it normal?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM268496963CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post GUANGZHOU office to ITALY on Nov 17.

Now is rush season, shipping to Italy can take 2 to 5 weeks. you need wait one or two more weeks.
