Hi Sir or Madam,

I need some help in understanding what the status of my parcel means.

Based on mutual agreement I returned a product to the seller in China. I see now via track and trace of EMS China that there was an attempt for delivery, but the addressee requested later delivery. Can you help me in understanding what this means?

I tried to find out where the package is right now.

Via http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php it returns a status:

Last Update Time Destination Departure From Current Status
2018-11-06 17:37:15 post Shenzhen city 坑梓dept. attempt delivery

The parcel should then be at the post department of Shenzhen City, Kengzi Residential District (坑梓) with postal code 518122.

Can you please confirm if this is right?

If so then parcel is almost at the place of delivery (addressee).

According to everything you have provided it is all correct the postal code is right and also Addresse requested Later Delivery means that the Addresse said that it should be delievered at a other day.

CC072532304NL address is not deliverable. You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 or go to china post office in Shenzhen 坑梓 to pickup the parcel.

Can you help me to find out what the exact address is (and contact details) of the China post office in Shenzhen Kengzi (坑梓) ? This way I can share the details with the receiver in order to verify with this post office / to pickup the parcel.

Unfortunately Chinese is a quite different from Western languages. Chinese Address can not accurately be translated into English.

Or in other words, it is usually difficult for people to find the original Chinese address from its English translation version.

So I suggest you give this original Chinese address to receiver to find the post office. This is also the reason I suggest people to print original Chinese address in the parcel if you want send something to China.

Thanks for your reply.

I have shared the Chinese address with the receiver.

Copy and paste 坪山区坑梓人民西路194号 into http://map.baidu.com/ gives a location. Then copied 人民西路194号 into Google Maps and returns the following address: (194) Renmin W Rd, Longgang Qu, Shenzhen Shi, Guangdong Sheng, China.

That's nearby where it should be delivered.

I hope it will all work out.

Hi,

I got into contact with the seller again to see if they have contacted EMS China to verify current status and location of the parcel. The seller responsed that EMS did let know they didn't get the package yet. This can't be true based on the track and trace data. I don't know what to believe now and I'm worried. Is it really correct that the parcel is now at the post office at address 坪山区坑梓人民西路194号?
