I checked China Post tried to deliver the package on July 17 and contacted with receiver, receiver said want pick up the package; on July 18 china post tried to deliver again and was unable to contact with receiver. I'd suggest you contact with receiver to call China Post hot line 11185 or call postman July 18th Mr. Zhu mobile: 18898827564. I don't think it is because postman don't read English, there is many overseas package from overseas every day in a city like Guangzhou. Most probably the problem might be the receiver, either gave inaccurate address or not willing to receive the package. In any case if the receiver want the package he can call China Post 11185 with the tracking no. to receive the pacakge
