Hello. My package shipped from Korea on 27/05 and tracking pages says that it delivered on 02/06 to China , but I have not got anything yet. So I was waiting untill today , when the status changed to RETURNED.
Can you help? :(

Also here http://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/EG660151327KR the status says Released from customs. What it means?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EG660151327KR shows receiver rejected the parcel. The parcel is on the way returning to Korea.

your receiver rejected the parcel. You need ask your receiver why she/he does not want your item.

Can I stop it from going back to Korea and send to another address in China?

Unfortunately you can not do it. The parcel will be returned to Korea.

How long does it take to be send back to Korea? Cause Sender said that will refund after receives the package .
it was returned on 03/06 and still nothing changed , it's still in Guangzhou post
