Good afternoon! The parcel got held customs, may I know the reason why and what can we do to solve the problem? Thanks

EG008797373HK is held in Yiwu customs because the recipient didn't make customs clearance.

Did you write recipient's mobile phone number in the parcel? Recipient's mobile phone number is required by China Post because a customs clearance passcode message will be sent to that number. Also China Post needs to call the recipient before make delivery.
