My buyer is telling me this product is delivered but I see it is still in transit? Is there a possibility that this product is even delivered. He is also telling me the product is damaged. Where do I go from here, client is telling me he got the product 3 months later after it was stuck in customs since September. Seems you have cost me quite a bit of money
