Post ebay seller fraud tracking ???

Parcel UM899413894CN

It is an ebay product, the seller has mixed feedback, lots saying "false tracking id"
Tracking results differ when I use different tracking websites.
One says parcel is in a small village in Scotland UK ???

How can I check that id UM899413894CN is valid ?
Is it possible to check tracking number is valid / confirm the destination town / address ?

UM899413894CN is a real number. it was shipped on April 5 from Guangzhou and left Chongqing railway station on May 15. Based our stat , we estimate this parcel will arrive UK between Jun 15 and jun 25.
