HI

Please I want you to help me . my parcel was shipped since 19 July 2020 by priority shipping. it still stuck in Gouangzhou I don't understand why. I really need that parcel that contain gifs for summer time for my family and me . we going on vacation next week. and we really need it before we going.
could you give me more informations?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EB724113071CN shows the parcel was received by China Post on Jul.18, and handed over to airlines on Jun.27 in Guangzhou, it is still waiting for the flight space to Canada.
Most international flights in China have been canceled due to the coronavirus outbreak. China Post does not have enough air space. we are not sure when you will received it .suggest you wait patiently.
