hi

please I really don't see new scans on my parcels 1 since 3 weeks another one since 10days.
i m really désappointed and sad. because I choose the Ems service to get fastly delivery. Before you accused delays because the covid19.but since June shipping services started. delays supposed to be respected.
please again could you ask to the regional sorting center that it been 3 weeks now and I paid for express shipping.

Our record shows average arrival time of airmail parcel can take 60 days to Canada, EMS is faster but still needs about 3 to 4 weeks. your parcel was shipped in end of July, you will get them by end of August, please be patient.
