please I don't understand why Ems china is so difficult to be trust about their delays.
I choice to send my parcels by Ems china that mind fast shipping delivery inside 7 days. sometimes some parcels arrived in the delay sometimes parcels stay stuck like these 2 tracking numbers in my subject.
i payed for fast shipping (express post) but no new scan since 7 days and the first scan was at 19 July. now almost 3 weeks no news.
please help me to located my parcels and respect your delays .I m very frustrated because I pay really expensive for that. .
please ask to your dispatchers to locate my parcels and send to me.

please I really need that can't wait anymore.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=eb724113071CN shows the parcel was handed over to airlines on Jul.27 in Guangzhou, it is still waiting for the flight space to Canada.
Most international flights in China have been canceled due to the coronavirus outbreak. China Post does not have enough air space.So it will take a long time for getting the airlines space. suggest you wait patiently.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=eb724748106cn shows the parcel was received by China Post on Jul.28, and it is in the normal processing.
