RB805689663SG has nothing to do with china post, it is Singapore Post tracking number. Some Chinese seller use Singapore Post to ship battery item. The parcel will be shipped to Singapore first (takes about 10 to 15 days), then transit from Singapore to other countries.

You can track the parcel in Singapore Post website, but normally it won't show any result before the parcel arrives Singapore.

I understand you but what I mean is that the tracking is not updated and it smells like a fake track nose if I open dipsuta or wait

Order information received by carrier means your seller applied a tracking number from Singapore post but Singapore post has not got the item.

I suggest you wait one or two more weeks and track again in Singapore Post website. if no result, then open dispute.
