Hello friends,
Please help me with tracking number LX113246699CN.
The status says delivered but I do not have it at my home in Canada.
I appreciate any time you can spend to help me.

Also the Canada Post site says 'Multiple PIN" when I enter this tracking number

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LA980281032CN shows the parcel was delivered by Canada Post on Jul 10. please call Canada Post for delivery detail.

Delivered to wrong address . Expected Destination is British Columbia Canada. Item was delivered to Quebec Canada.
Sender will not reply to email and need more contact info for them please

I'd suggest you open dispute with the seller and the website which was you order the parchase if you did not receive the item.
