Post Didnt received my parcel

Good day,

This is Majid Rasheed from Saudi Arabia, I buy a product from Ali Express and it was deleverd by tracking number RP635463950CN but after tracking this parcel is not reached to me on my address nor the post office and it has been showing that I am received that item, May I know where is my parcel and who's received it

Saudi Post website shows the parcel just arrived Saudi Post Office in Abha, Now it is going to Abha Central Post office today.

You should get the parcel very soon. Please contact your local post office to pickup your parcel.

I contact with the Saudi post office they said the parcel had no mobile number and any contact information, that's why we could not able to send the item to the end receiver and parcel send it back to the origin country, So the courier company should send it again with the detailed information
