Hello, i sent a parcel from Germany to China with parcel ID
Number CR916277992DE. It shows that ir's in the customer duty declaration center in china since 10th September 2026. Did the recepient recieve it or why does trackung stop
at duty clearing office?

CR916277992DE arrived in Guangzhou on Sep 10. It is still held in the customs because the recipient has not made customs declaration.
Please ask recipient to use 掌上海关 APP to make online customs clearance asap. Otherwise China Post can not make delivery.
