Hi there. I live in Alberta and did not receive my package and it says and looks like it was delivered to somewhere in Nunavut. Please give me a refund for this very big mistake you have made

Obviously you are scammed. Your seller shipped some junk to another address and try to claim payment with that delivery information. You need to open dispute to your credit card bank and claim charge back against fraud.
