I ORDERED 5 SHIRTS. ONLY RECEIVED 2 OF THE 5. I WOULD LOKE A REFUND OR THE SHIRTS I ORDERED.

your seller seems to be a cheater. If you paid with PayPal/aliexpress, please open dispute for item not as described reason and claim refund.
