Hi,
I want to know the status of the dhl shipping with the tracking number CY736447797DE.
The tracking site said it is in the import center but it is there since 7th of October.
Could you give me an update for the package?

CY736447797DE arrived in Guangzhou on Oct 7. It is still held in the customs because the recipient has not made customs declaration.
Please ask recipient to use 掌上海关 APP to make online customs clearance asap. Otherwise China Post can not make delivery.
