Hello, I ordered 2 items in March and have not gotten an update in over a month.
The order numbers are LY033844680CN and LY011798285CN.
Any information that can be provided is appreciated.

Both parcels were shipped in the end of April from Zhengzhou. They are still in Zhengzhou airport waiting for flight space to USA.

Zhengzhou area has serious delay since February. You might need wait some more time. After your parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
