Hi. I would like to know why the packages CP392280735CN that were sent from China to Ecuador ended holded in Japan and after that they got out of transit?
what can I do or what can you guys do?
Do I already loss my packages?
is there any kind of information about what is happening

CP392280735CN starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very slow parcel. Normally If it transits through Japan, it means the parcel will go through sea vessel from Japan to your country Ecuador. The parcel will take another 2 to 6 months to reach destination. You need some patient.
